Hide a Project. Here is a new one for your Basket of tricks!

With Easter approaching us, we thought embracing the spirit of the holiday might have some merit. Remember how much fun you used to have when you hide Easter Eggs?
Well now you can have that same fun with Projects.

To hide a Project from everyone on the site, keep it intact and easily recoverable; follow these simple steps:

1. Write down the Project #, Project Name and actual OPEN & CLOSE dates.
2. Go to the Project’s Project Summary Blue Bar, Project Information and click EDIT.
3. Change the OPEN & CLOSE dates of the Project to 1/01/1901 and click SAVE.

 Your Project is now “hidden”. To recover the Project simply contact us with the Project #, Project Name and original OPEN & CLOSE dates and we will restore the Project for you.

Note: Be sure to follow step one. You know how frustrating it can be to hunt for those “lost” eggs.
