Deleted Primary Contacts are now flagged (DELETED)

Reviewing Forecasting reports and the Administration > Admin. Reports > Customer Users by Division revealed that if you had a Customer assigned to a deleted PC that the report returned no value and since no one could login as the deleted PC the customer was not showing in Forecasting. Not an optimal situation.

Further it was the root of a very old and elusive bug. Just how could a Customer User be created without a PC? They were not! The PC had been deleted and the code was hiding a deleted user.

Correcting this had us add an update to display the PC with a (DELETED) stamp.

Note: Recommendation is that you run the Administration > Admin. Reports > Customer Users by Division report on occasion to identify any Customers who need their PC updated.
