Friday the 13th was a troubling day.

Good News…Bad News?

Most of you recall we went off-line for 17 minutes last Friday. Good news we came back on-line within that short window and have remained stable since.

Bad news is after several hours of digging & testing we cannot identify why. The server logs which track any “know” anomalies are blank, before, during and after that window. So we have no silver bullets to fire.

We have added a new protocol to cold restart the servers on a monthly basis. This is a bit like chicken soup. Not a miracle cure but it can’t hurt. Obviously we will continue to monitor and update with any further findings.

Note: It was Friday the 13th!
