New Pop-up added to Add/Edit screen Budget Report icons

Recently we add a cool Pop-up to view the Budget & Variance Reports from the Add/Edit Budget screens so the User could see their end product without having to exit the Add/Edit budget screen.

However we have discovered that some folks (including yours truly in the midst of a client demo) were neglecting to hit Save to update the db before clicking on the Pop-up Reports. Not best.

So we have added a friendly little reminder for all Users to encourage an appropriate good habit.
