The servers were intentionally being held off line
A second re-indexing was/is being preformed.
The site is now visible but indexing is completing
The servers were held off till the last possible minute to allow for the fastest performance
Access should become available over the 20/30 minutes as the indexing finalizes
The Site was functioning until 5:45AM CST, users were actually in and working
But the indexing was not properly finalized.
