calan email servers are being blocked by Barracuda Firewalls. We have requested to have our DNS removed from the BLOCKED list.
This issue is the result of another company’s email, hosted by our provider being high jacked for spam.
We have contacted Barracuda for a correction to this issue. It generally takes place in 2-4 hours.
Please have your internal teams be aware that alert emails may not arrive till this is resolved. Once resolved dependent on how individual sites address this issue you may or may not get the emails.
