Asset History by Project joins the team

A new report is available for your use, located under the Shipping Menu Service. This report is a Project contextual version of the already popular Asset Location History. The single difference between the two is that the Project to which you are contextual is automatically feeds into the fetch query. As a result only those Assets Included on the Project will display.

The report is to provide a tool to help in determining possible shipping issues for Assets Included on a Project. Example you may wish to ship to Advance Storage i.e. a hanging sign. Instead of having to look at multiple Assets in multiple searches on the Asset Location History report or scroll across hundreds of Assets that don’t matter you can now use this new report. Making the tool even hardier is the fact we added an orange shortcut button on the Manage load screen Asset History. Selecting this option will open the Asset History by Project report in a second window so you can determine if you need to make an instance change for a particular Asset.

The report can also be called directly from the Shipping Menu Service when contextual to a Project. Calling the report from here will allow you to use a Quick Select to aid in filtering your data.
