Credit Cards get an Address

A few subscribers have had a request from their accounting departments to provide the name as it appears on the credit card, along with the mailing address and zip code for the card.

If you are using the credit card option in Go2Show and the User selects this payment form they will now be asked to provide the above information before they can Complete their order.

The data is not stored with the card record and other User data. It is by Project only. However the system will recognize the User, by Login ID. When the credit card payment selection is made and if there is information provided in that User’s Account Profile it will default in that information. It is of course editable on the screen. Any edits made to the credit card address information stored for the one Project will not change the Account Profile address information of the User.

Note: If your user is a frequent User and their current Address information in their Account Profile does not match their credit card mailing address you might want to consider updating that information to reflect the credit card information.
