Update on Server Issues of 4.19.10

It appears, the servers are experiencing a weekend hangover.

Working with the hosting firm, adjustments are being made to the maintenance and service protocols preformed on the weekends.



No specific culprit has been isolated but there is some evidence to support the theory that the service scripts may be leaving residual instability. Some adjustments have already been made and more are anticipated over the upcoming weekend.


Last night, we completely shut down and preformed a cold restart of both web and data servers.


We will keep you advised if we find anything of interest, which is worth sharing.
