Asset Usage Reports

Updated, upgraded and best of all…they actually work now!

So... a familiar story; A user finally gets enough data and wants to use one of those dozens of reports everyone is always wondering, “Why did those calan guys write all those things?”

When your client asks for data in a format that used to be a painful and difficult effort to assemble, you can turn to one of those crazy reports. Great! Except now with years’ worth of data, the report returns …well let’s just say it doesn’t get 100% for accuracy on Ms. Ross’s third grade math test.

Don’t dismay, call us and aided by your wonderful rich data we can tweak the report.

It was just so for four of our most misunderstood and underutilized reports yesterday. Now they are humming along and if you have the need, then you will come to appreciate why we wrote them. (Especially now that they work).

We removed the date range calendar tool, the source of our bug, and set the reports to look backwards for a fixed two years from the date you call the report.

Tip: Consider using this tool to prove to your client you need to build mode of an item or to demonstrate they really need to toss out the crap that has not moved for two years.
