Disc Usage Report Updated.

Did you really even know one existed?

If you were not aware, there is a report in SA, which provides you a listing of all Customer Companies and their individual disc usage.

This report, Disc Usage Report, was created to allow site owners to monitor their Customer’s storage space. If you have an interest, try the following.

Login as Super Administrator:

SA-Utilities_ Disc Usage Report

You will note that this Report is only updated periodically, every four months. Unless we get a "special" request. We just ran a new posting this morning for a site. So, if you really need something more current then the timestamp on the report just let us know.

Tip: One site uses this report to create a billing for each Customer based on their utilization. If you think about it gets rolled into their quarterly warehouse fee(that makes sense) and allows the house to recover some offset for the subscription fee. Can’t comment on their success, or customer reaction, but on the surface, if you really feel compelled to bill…it makes a lot of sense.
