What a difference a day (or 72 hours) makes.
The original code for G2S had an automated delete function for Projects that were not Confirmed. In part this was coded in because sites were not able to delete Projects without requesting our support. As you know the function to Delete a Project was provided several months ago.
Several clients have been requesting the removal of this automated function so that they could enter Projects for their clients well in advance, so all the client need do was log in and make their Asset selections using the G2S interface.
With the removal of the automated delete this is now possible.
Future plans call for a "Create G2S Schedule" function to make the schedule entries easier then the current requirements.
Tip: To create a schedule for a client you must log in as that client to their G2S site. Then simply start creating Projects. The minimum is completion of screen one, Project Info. However you can continue to complete as much of the Project requirements as you wish. Simply DO NOT click Confirm on the final screen. Now, when your client logs in they will find all of their Projects waiting for them to complete.
