Here is a nifty way to provide the contact information right on the site's Team Button. 
Login as the Super Adminstrator. Select Adminstration > Change My Profile.
Now, just rename the Super Admin as Help Desk. Then provide an email & reach number(s) and presto you got a genuine Help Desk, conveniently located on your Team Button.
Tip: Enter a single space in front of Help to make the entry display at the top of your contact list.
