Someone asked me, "So what is that odd purple button on the Go2Show asset select screen intended to do?"
Contact Me, found on the Go2Show View/Edit/Select screen provides for your field user to request that they be contacted by your internal support team. It results in an automated Task being sent to the Go2Show Program Manager, referencing the Project, with the email and phone number of the field User who is placing the request attached.
PS: The Program Manger is the User you placed in the Drop Down on the Customer Company in question, Go2Show admin screen, the Drop Down, not surprisingly is called Program Manager.
