I have received some reports about intermittent speed issues.  I have restarted the servers in an attempt to fix this issue.  It still seem to not have fixed the problem.  This leads us to believe that there is probably a corrupt key in the Database.  It takes about 3 hours to rebuild the keys so I will start the rebuild tonight at 9:00pm EST.  During the key rebuild all users must be off the system, so I will disable the login at 9:00 PM EST tonight and re-enable it when the key rebuild is finished
