Go2SHOW Now has two seperate days to place an order limit options.

The management of late orders has been enhanced for Go2Show.

In the past you could set a limit for the number of days prior to delivery that the system would accept an order without providing the user placing the order a warning regarding issues that might impact delivery and potential rush charges. The user was however allowed to place the order. The account teams received a highlighted alert on their task screens.

It seems for some accounts that just was not enough. To offer you further management of these last minute orders the system now has a second days to order limit option. When this option is applied the user will receive a pop-up instructing them that they cannot place an order without contacting their account team directly. They will not be allowed to place an order. Use this option only after establishing a clear agreement with your customer.

This new option can be found right next to the original setting option in the individual  Company's G2S first blue bar edit on the Company’s Summary Screen. You can elect to apply this second option in addition to the required original days to order limit setting. Each setting can have different days applied in their value fields, proving you and your customer the the greatest flexibility in configuration.
