The servers are restored. But sore and slow.
We will re-index the entire db after hours tonight. To do so now, would only further deteriorate the response times.
We believe it is stable, just slow.
Again our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences we must have caused. We will continue to address this issue and work to fully identify the root cause. You will be updated and appropriate steps will be taken once the issue is isolated.
