The calan servers are and have been for about 90 minutes in what is called a "SINGLE USER RECOVERY" mode.
This basically means what it says. The system itself, is only allowing only itself access.
So why we had access in step 3 this steps is one where the system reserves all resources for its own validation.
While we are locked out, all of us. It is a good thing as the server validates the data and restores itself.
Clearly we are extremely embarrassed and apologetic.
Know for sure that all resources of calan and our hosting farm are pointed at this issue.
