PLEASE ADVISE YOUR USER COMMUNITY ABOUT BAD LINKS

Following our successful… if somewhat taxing migration, we are operating with a significant performance improvement and greatly increased data storage capacity.

However we are being sent a large number of error messages and the User community itself is not even seeing an error occur. What we have discovered is that a number of Users are still using "old" links. Old meaning a link they created before June 24, 2011 the date of our migration.

As a result of these bad links the User is not being provided the latest JavaScript updates, even though they can successfully Login. This creates issues once inside the site.

Please advise your Users of this issue and ask that they create new Links. There is a helpful tool on the Login screen Add to My Favorites to assist your Users.
