Shipment Tracking gets a boost.

On the Add/Edit Shipment screen there is a checkbox, This Shipment has been Scheduled: to indicate that the shipping details for the shipment have been finalized. The value is displayed on three different screens; both of the shipping management screens that look across all shipments, Shipping Scheduling and the Shipping Work Page Report as well as the Manage Project Shipments screen. It was a very simple icon flag. No icon indicated that the shipment was not scheduled and a green checkmark indicated that the shipment was scheduled.

This reporting tool has undergone a real upgrade.

Indicates that the Shipment has not been scheduled and there is no Delivery Information

Indicates that the shipment is scheduled and there is no Delivery Information

Indicates that Delivery Confirmation Information has been added

All three icons will open the delivery confirmation pop-up text box. So anytime that you use the delivery confirmation pop-up to enter a value it will indicate that Delivery Confirmation Information has been added regardless of the Shipment Scheduled checkbox being checked or not.
Account management teams can now see the progress of their Shipments at a Project level and if the Delivery Confirmation Information is entered have easy access to on-site signatory information as well as contact numbers, without having to track down the traffic manager or shipment's carrier.

Traffic Managers can now review their overall shipping identifying unscheduled shipments requiring priority attention and if the site allows their preferred carriers access to the site they can have immediate access to Delivery Confirmation for multiple shipments all on one page without numerous phone calls and/or emails.
