New Archive Policy

Beginning February 15th 2001, calan is archiving uploaded files that were uploaded to the site prior to January 1, 2008.

What you will see:

• All Projects are still visible.
• All data entered directly into our database; Timelines, Project Summary screens, Work Orders, Budgets, Sales Forecasting and Shipping information as key examples will all display.
• Any PDF or graphical file uploaded to a folder will still display as a thumbnail or in the case of a business document the appropriate icon.

What you won’t see:

• An image or document file if you try to open the file in Open or Full View.

We have created a “clone” directory on a separate server and ALL DATA is preserved. Should you need to access a file itself that was uploaded prior to January 1, 2008 contact us and we can restore any file requested in one (1) business day if not sooner.

This action reduces the storage load on the servers helping in their performance.
