Receiving Report now records new tracking data

In response to subscriber’s requests for help in managing business compliance practices with regard to check-in policies we have added four new fields to the Receiving Report.

At the top of the grouping list you will now find.

Finalized Date: The date the Final Flag checkbox on the Receiving screen was checked and saved for the contextual Project. Once selected this checkbox cannot be edited.

Finalized by: The name of the User who checked the Final Flag checkbox and then clicked Return to Warehouse on the Receiving screen for the contextual Project.

In the column headers for each Asset row.

Received by: The User who marked the Asset received into a selected warehouse with the appropriate Damage Code and Damage Notes indicated.

Received: The date when an individual Asset was check marked Return to Warehouse by a User. The Received dates for all Assets on the report need not be the same date and the User identified as entering the information can vary by Asset. Assets can have Received dates later then the Finalized Date of the Report.

Note: When an Asset is received the system will update the Asset Location History Report to reflect the Received date.
