Alert regarding Firewall upgrades by Barracuda

If your Network employs Barracuda protection for Spam control a recent change may require you to review your level settings.

As reported by one of our sites IT departments. Barracuda added a new test.

This new test came online October 26. We immediately saw non-delivery issues for the Go2Show user Order Request email not reaching the internal site support team. As of this date no other email issues have been identified.

The user Order Request was accepted on Confirmation and the Task appearing on the internal user’s dashboard generated. The email was sent by our mail servers but the changes to Barracuda’s testing protocols prevented the email's delivery.

Even if you are not utilizing Barracuda, If you have not already done so, you should have your IT staff, identify both < pbtg.com > and < calancom.com > as trusted sites. These two domains identify the master and our sub-domain on our hosting firm's email servers.
