The report was originally created to allow one of our administrators to see who really was using the system verses who was just complaining about the “change” in company procedures. Since that original usage the report has slowly grown idol. This was especially true where activity had grown by leaps and bounds and if you wanted to know how a specific Customer Company was adapting you had to look at lots of cross over data from other Companies.
The report is now grouped by Company, and then sorted by User belonging to that company. We still retain Login activity by date for each user. Finding what a specific Customer Company is doing or the activity of a specific User is a breeze. You can "Cut & Paste" individual Users from the report to reconstruct an internal account team’s activity.
We have also extended the report to view a rolling 30 day window instead of the current 7 day window.
Note: You’ll have to wait 30 days for the report to collect the first 30 days of data and start the forward rolling cycle of past 30 days.
