Upgrades allow for data collection fields in eInfo projects.
Those using Go2Show URLs know we added a similar function to G2S projects about a year ago.
We have had numerous requests for collecting additional data for eInfo projects from several of you. A number of curious solutions and work around tricks have been implemented to accommodate those requests over the years.
Now you can have as many as four additional fields, defined at individual Customer Company level without any of that odd-ball work a rounds. The values can be reported on your Personal Home page and converted to printed reports from there.
The functionality resides under the first EDIT button for G2S administration on the individual Customer Company’s Company Summary screen. Scroll down to the bottom and you’ll see the new setup tools.
As you can see the configuration possibilities are pretty nifty indeed. Be sure to read the instructions above the setting carefully before proceeding. If you have any questions feel free to call us.
Note that the eInfo data fields are populated and edited on the Project Summary screen under the top blue bar, Project Information.
Tip: Be sure the Turn G2S on checkbox is checked, a Program Manger selected from the drop down and a lead tine value populated. And rember if you make a value required it is required for both G2S & eInfo.
