In response to several customer requests we have added a new function to Tasks that are not already holding a secure link to a specific URL. An example of such a Task, would be a Task that directs a User to a file for review.
This new link will direct the User to the Login screen where they can access the site.
We have added this function, but may not have found all possible variations of the emails generated by the site. So, if you receive an email that does not have the Pad Lock icon, please forward the email to us for updating. Remember Tasks with embedded hyperlinks will not hold the Pad Lock.
Tip: For user who are infrequent Users on the site and only enter to do a specific Task. Consider configuring their My Home page view of Tasks so that they have the Project shortcut icons. This will allow them to choose the Project Home or Summary page.
