In response to a variety of requests we have updated the two most popular Inventory Reports.
Inventory Detail by Company & Asset List with Images.
Both of these reports now run with a full set of filters. Filters, which you will find familiar from View/Edit/Select when contextual to a Project for the selected customer company. In addition the query is tweaked to see the true unit count as well as the current available count.
Asset List w/Images w/Filters: Reports the total unit count displayed with a thumbnail on a single row. We have added a new column that displays the number of units flagged unavailable in addition to the actual count.
Inventory Detail w/Filters: Reports at the unit level so you will see each unit displayed by row and a red X added when the unit in question has been flagged unavailable.
When you run the report with Print/Email, we stamp the Filter settings you have selected on the first page of the report so you know what query the data was formed by.
