The InCase code has been upgraded on the Manage Load screens.
When you select an Asset to place inside another Asset you will be presented with a Pop up.
As you can see, the system now asks if you would like to have the InCase action be Permanent or for the contextual Project only.Selecting OK (Permanent) is not only Permanent. It is immediate and will be reflected in the information stored for the Asset and the Case holding the Asset on the Include of any another Project.
- The InCase relationship will remain in place until you manually Un-Case.
Selecting Cancel ( Project Only) will impact the information stored for the Asset and the Case holding the Asset contextual only to the Project where you perform the function.
- You need not Un-Case the InCase relationship in Receiving.
- The Assets' InCase condition is not impacted on any other Project's Include.
Note: To stop the InCase function, use the RED X in the upper left corner of the Pop-Up.
